Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition.

Returns may be made within 14 days of receipt of item. Exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order. 

 Please email us at info@staycountry.com to start a return. We will send you the required form & a pre-paid shipping label.

Pack up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.

 To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
